Amazing! This was my first full sound bath in the main sound studio. Darren provided a warm welcome and has created a comfortable and relaxing space for the treatment. The treatment and what to expect/experience was explained and the relevant medical history documented. I was lucky enough to have a 1-2-1 treatment. I could feel the sound vibrations calming my lower back, in real time. The chakra work and chanting was really relaxing and the whole treatment gave me a sense of peace throughout my body and mind.
